What We Do

iMekong.org works towards an improvement of independent journalism regarding socio-political and environmental issues of Greater Mekong River Sub-region and its peoples.

We work towards the better Mekong River Region. We are now working on: (1) producing a series of briefing sheets on capacity-building (journalistic writing and thinking), (2) conducting writing workshops, and (3) establishing a Mekong journalist network.

WriteShop:

Bring together writers and researchers to build capacity, and consolidate and disseminate their writing on environmental and development issues in the Mekong Region.
